Vendor Information

Every year, the Housatonic Model Railway Club hosts a model railroad show and sale, now at the Bigelow Center for Senior Activities. The Fall 2019 show will take place on October 20th.

We also support the Fairfield Museum and History Center with a model train display every year during the winter holidays.

Our annual show is sponsored by the Bigelow Center for Senior Activities and The Housatonic Model Railway Club. Formerly hosted at various Fairfield public schools, it provides hundreds of families, die-hard enthusiasts and everyone in between with entertaining displays and a wide variety of vendors, year after year.

    After 9/14/2019:
  • 1 table: $35
  • 2 tables ($34 each): $68
  • 3 tables ($32 each): $96
  • Additional tables: $32 each

Early Bird Vendor Charges

    If ordered by 9/14/2019:
  • 1 table: $32
  • 2 tables ($34 each): $62
  • 3 tables ($32 each): $87
  • Additional tables: $29 each

Please reserve tables by printing and filling out the registration form and submitting it with a deposit of $32.00, payable to Housatonic Model Railway Club, Inc. All charges are due in full by October 5, 2019. Non receipt of payment may result in loss of deposit and table(s) may be offered to another vendor.
