Pre-Registration Details

Doors open for dealers and displays 2:00-4:00 PM March 8, and at 7:00 AM March 9.
Free coffee & pastry for dealers et al
Tables assigned at the door

Participating Vendor Charges

Each table $25.00 after 12/31/2002
"Early Bird" special $20.00/table before 1/1/2003
No charge for first display only table


Please reserve tables by printing and filling out the registration form and submitting it with a deposit of $20.00, payable to Housatonic Model Railway Club, Inc.  We will send a reminder in early January 2003.  All charges are due in full by February 12, 2003.  Non receipt of payment may result in loss of deposit and table(s) may be offered to another vendor.
